Collaboration Work is a working environment for
communication in a team, situated in different
locations, to achieve the effective and efficient co-
work. A virtual Pinboard with the graphic interface
enables you and your colleagues to document
structurally your discussions in real time or with a
time delay, using MindMaps, text cards and
flowcharts. Herewith you are communicating in
parallel per Voice-over-IP and Video conferencing.
Files, e.g. folders can be loaded to the Pinboard.
They will be automatically safely synchronized and
stored. A full-text search enables you to search
quickly for discussion information and documents
through all projects and subordinate Pinboards. In
the processing mode the changed documents are
saved immediately as a new variant in the
Pinboard.
The main focus of CollaborationWork lies in
structuring of the meeting documents for allocated
teams and archiving of the related topic files. The
main theme of the other solutions is classically
communication channels (Audio, Video, Desktop
